Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
